Designing the connected everyday

Why I teach theory

Without a good theory, all data can be equally usefull.

The designer’s dilemma

Designing innovation

Talk about design and innovation after the phase of ‘just do it’.

UCD mantra: “Don’t listen to them, but watch them.”
